Terms of Membership

These terms govern your use of LABAU, a private, invitation-only same-day marketplace operated by LABAU Holdings, Inc. By activating your membership you agree to them.

Membership

Membership is by invitation and personal to you and your household. Invitation and activation links are single-use and expire. Membership fees are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Purchases

LABAU never takes payment for goods. Every purchase is a sale between you and the merchant, paid through the merchant's own register or payment link. Prices, availability, returns and warranties are set by each merchant.

Delivery

LABAU arranges same-day delivery within Manhattan through vetted Concierge Drivers under a recorded chain of custody. Orders placed after a store's cut-off are delivered the next day. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns

Returns follow each merchant's policy. LABAU can collect returns by courier where the merchant allows it.

Conduct

Please treat drivers, stylists and store staff with courtesy. LABAU may suspend a membership for misuse, fraud or abuse of staff.

Liability

LABAU is responsible for goods while they are in a driver's custody. Beyond that, LABAU's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We will tell you in the app before material changes take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
